Important Information
What if I don't join?
It is NOT NECESSARY for you to become a member of First Wesleyan Church in order to participate in our community. We recognize that membership is not for everyone. When you are a member, you have a right to elected leadership and staff positions and you also get to vote on relevant issues. However, just because you are not a member does not mean that you cannot participate in ministry or discipleship.
Our Mission
To find and rescue the lost and disillusioned. We define the "lost" as those that do not yet have the pardon of sins that comes through faith in Christ. We define the "disillusioned" as those that are somewhat skeptical or even hostile to Christianity and the Church.
Our Vision
To live the life of God for the life of the world. We are called to imitate God by walking in a love that is sacrificially motivated for others to find life, following the example of Jesus.
